Pre-reception work, gain position crossing arm and inner leg in front of the defender (with fitball, for contact).
Against defense 3/4 up, gain space towards baseline, and play "drop step" in jump at pass time.
Attack the hoop directly, or play against help. In the latter case, fake the shot, perform a front pivot and finish with the hand away from the defender.
