Exercise focused on the defensive work of perimeter players. We pay attention to the following "basics":
Ball. Pressure 2-3" to the baller.
Line. Jump with the pass + stand.
"Last". Activity + 2nd help.
"Close out". Defense in recovery (2nd pass) + 1×1 perimeter.
The exercise continues with a 2×1 towards the opposing ring, where attackers cannot throw away. Thus we work the reading, intuition and activity of the feet and hands of the defender, who aims to steal the pass.
