Shooting exercise that we use especially in specific workouts with our indoor players.

3 players with 2 balls participate. Standards:

  • The shooter must make the same shot (he chooses it or is marked by the coach) until he meets the proposed goal (no baskets, time, etc.).
  • Another player bounces, and another happens (always from outside the body).
  • Once the goal is met, we rotate positions.
  • Each player will perform several series, and in each will vary the shooting routine.
