In this post, I share a montage of offensive actions from the start in "horns", carried out by FC Porto de Moncho López, in the first match of the final of the Portuguese League against Benfica in Lisbon.
We find different variants:
- Placing 2 above and 4 on the corner, to link PR (direct lock) and pindown (vertical lock). To highlight the technical quality of Troy DeVries, both in his reception work, and after receiving the ball.
- With the two pivots up to finish the 5 inside and the 4 out, with possible final hand between 4 and one of the exteriors.
- With the pivots up, but playing relock towards center, and double pindown with both outside.
