Shooting exercise in which the player must receive the ball gaining space against his defender.

Tactical detail:

Gain space against a defender who recovers after giving a helping hand.

Technical details:

Using "zero step" + steps 1 and 2.

Balance the body with the stop.

Find a correct trajectory + shooting angle.

Receptions after displacement (45o – corners).

Exercise objective:

Add 10 points on each side (basket +1 or +2, fault – 1).

Between series, add 2 free throws in a row.
