Individual workout exercise, in which we pay special attention to the work of the "negative step" in the game from the perimeter.

Details to keep in mind:

  1. Using the negative step to take momentum. Ball + cross.
  2. Ball comes out first of the hand.
  3. Vary distances from the defender.
  4. Fintas with the body to relax the defender and take advantage.
  5. Departure from the same hand or after change.

  1. Detect real-game needs.
  2. 1×0 interiorization.
  3. 1×1 conditional defense.
  4. Analyze in real game situations.
