Shooting routine from both elbow areas.

1st routine:

  • Catching the ball.
  • Back pivot + jab step (open step).
  • Mid-range shot.

2nd routine:

  • Catching  the ball + fake pass to the corner.
  • Front pivot + mid-range shot.
