3×0 associative/communicative wheel with 2 balls, in which different technical-tactical situations are worked for indoor and outdoor players. In this, we work the following:
- Interior: inside-out-inward + inner movement.
- Exterior (1): indoor pass + cut through the area, reception and completion leaving after boat above the chair (lock).
- Outdoor (2): Outer pass + goes up to the front position for reception and shot after boat.
The outer players rotate between the two positions, and the interiors are kept in the position.
We can work this on half the track, or by moving from hoop to hoop (outdoors by boat, indoor running down central street / with passes between the three players).
