Shooting exercise, in pairs or by trio, where the pitcher must repeat the same technical gesture (bilaterality) for a certain time (1 minute, no baskets scored, etc.).

The goal is to mechanize certain gestures, usually chosen by the players themselves, taking care of details such as:

  1. Attack the pass or gain space.
  2. Maintain good body activity.
  3. Hands ready.
  4. Increase the concentration level.
  5. Machine routines.

The quality of work of the rest of the colleagues, especially the pin, is very important.
